The saying "Life is short" has never come across to me as a pack your bags and travel the world or do something wild and crazy, but instead, a call to action to make sure that even the smallest parts of the lives of those around me are celebrated.

My goal as your event planner, coordinating the most precious of moments, is to ensure confidence that I wouldn't lead you into making a decision that, I, myself, would not want to make. As the assistant planner at cSp Events, Cara brings fresh energy, keen attention to detail, and a love for creating seamless experiences. With a warm personality and a hands-on approach, she ensures every part of your wedding or event runs smoothly so you can focus on making memories.

From organizing vendor details to coordinating timelines on event day, Cara is dedicated to supporting each client with care and enthusiasm. She thrives on going the extra mile to help bring your unique vision to life, whether that means setting up décor, guiding guests, or solving lasti-minute challenges with a smile.

When she isn’t assisting at events, Cara loves cheering on her three children in all of their extracurricular activities and learning all the little touches that make celebrations truly unforgettable.

Ariel Fry

Day-Of Event Assistant

As a day-of event assistant at cSp Events, Ariel brings a unique blend of organization and creativity to every celebration. On event days, she works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly by setting up décor, supporting vendors, and assisting guests so you can relax and savor every moment.

In addition to making sure your day is seamless, Ariel has an eye for capturing the small, meaningful moments that make your event unforgettable. Known for her positive energy, attention to detail, and creative flair, Ariel is dedicated to bringing both flawless execution and inspiring visuals to each wedding and event.

Outside of events, Ariel loves creating stunning websites for her own clients at Outland Design Co., raising her beautiful baby girl, and finding fresh inspiration to make every event even more special.

Caitlyn Grygar

Day-Of Event Assistant

As a dedicated day-of event assistant at cSp Events, Caitlyn plays a vital role in bringing each celebration to life. With a can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality, she helps set up spaces, support vendors, and attend to guests’ needs so every event unfolds flawlessly.

Whether it’s arranging place settings, keeping the timeline on track, or handling unexpected tasks with a smile, Caitlyn is there to ensure your wedding or event feels effortless and joyful from start to finish. Known for her professionalism and warm demeanor, she is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere that lets you and your guests truly enjoy the moment.

Outside of event days, Caitlyn loves exploring new playgrounds with her three year old, spending time with friends, and discovering creative ways to make each event even more memorable.

The Bible calls us to love our neighbors, and one another, multiple times, and in a variety of different ways throughout all of the books. As someone who has a servants heart that is sometimes bigger than I even admit, I fully embrace the idea of showing God's love through my actions as a servant - truly taking on the hands and feet of Jesus to lift others up. In this case, lifting you up on your special day, and cheering you on along the way.
