Partial planning is the perfect solution to see it all come together. My role is to check in with you every 4-6 weeks, provide vendor recommendations and contacts, attend a pre-planning walkthrough and a final walk through of the venue.

Acting as the main point of contact for your vendors, we are sure to relieve the stress of the big day! A complimentary emergency kit for the day of the event and day of coordination will ensure a seamless transition from planning to partying!

If you have a pinterest board of ideas, a busy schedule and need someone to come along and keep the "to do" list to a minimum.

Well, you have found your fairy event planner and we are ready to hold your hand every step of the way. You will receive a check in every 4 weeks with bi-weekly to-do lists to assist with planning and making selections for the event.

You will receive everything in the partial planning package in addition to two complimentary emergency kits for the day of the event. We will also take care of set up/take down, timeline and floorplan creation and day of coordination.

My role as your day of coordinator is to collect vendor contacts, confirm arrivals for the day of the event, and attend one final walkthrough of the venue the day before the event.

We will connect four weeks prior to your event to ensure we are best prepared, and have all of the details in order.
